Turned away at the door for POSSIBLY having COVID symptoms. I’d been told to follow up with my PCP a couple of weeks ago because I had strep, took my course of antibiotics, and wasn’t feeling better. I was offered a video visit which didn’t make sense to me considering I would appreciate a strep test. Though I had been a patient for years, I’m never coming back. Apparently only urgent care will deal with anyone who had symptoms SIMILAR to Covid which makes me think having a doctor is pointless.
