Kipferl Foot & Ankle Centers

Very poor experience with this center. My first appointment - they required me to get xrays before even seeing the doctor (my issue was with my toenail). When I asked why it was necessary I wasn't given answer, just that the doctor prefers to have it completed. I then had lab work done and was told to come back in two weeks. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and even though they left a message confirming they received my message, they called again to tell me I missed the appointment, and I would be charged. I had followed up requesting the lab results and they refused to tell me - telling me I was required to come in for another appointment (and visit cost) as there was no other way they would allow me to get the results. Very poor experience, EXTREMELY costly with no resolution in sight.
