Excellent practice - after little success elsewhere over 2+ years, Dr. Cohen gave us our beautiful son and many additional embryos on ice after only two cycles. The sensitivity of their staff is unmatched and their lab is meticulous.

Their website says they are LGBTQ friendly but that is just untrue. I had a consultation back in March of 2020 with one of their providers (just a consultation, no exam/labs) for one hour. I got a bill in Nov 2021 (almost 2 years later) for a charge that was over $500. When I called and asked why, the lady in billing, Katie, proceeded to tell me that it was because I was in a same sex relationship and that the consultation wasn't covered (I got a referral from my insurance and followed the process I was told). I became upset and asked the financial manager to call me - that was 8 days ago and I have yet to hear anything.
