Take these reviews seriously
The want to sell a bunch of services, make recommendations to hire other providers that are a complete waste of money, they charge your credit card without approval when you are currently working with their billing service because the invoices absolutey do not make sense. Beware the testing services can run in excess of $3,000 and will take 4 months to get the results. In July they charged $50 to my credit card for services provided in February that they claim I didn't pay for and on my invoice I show the $50 I did pay in February. In addition, the invoices are completely random and make absolutely no sense. I have no idea whether I overpaid or not but at this point I do not care just to make them go away. The worse part they were unable to provide adequate support for my children. Do not ignore the reviews like I did.

Run! Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff. My eight year old son even said Tim was rude to me and this was prior to the start of the appointment while in the waiting area. This practice is unorganized and unprofessional and nothing was accomplished, which was a total waste of time. I will be disputing any charges they attempt to collect with my insurance provider. As such, I will encourage my insurance plan to remove this practice from their list of contracted providers. Any parent that has experienced the same unprofessionalism should contact their insurance provider as well and express their grievances.
