Poor communication and uncaring attitude

The offices are nice and Dr. Jameson is good with the tests, but trying to schedule for the actual procedure was impossible. Her helper, Kimi Trout, had a very uncaring and poor attitude. She acted like you were a problem if you called to see what the status was of your scheduling. I would call and leave a message, but wouldn’t get a call back. It was very unprofessional. They clearly do not care about their patients. It was a huge waste of time.
