Impossible to get them to send in necessary info
Idaho Kidney Institute requested I have a procedure that had to be preapproved. They didn't get it preapproved, and my insurance didn't pay. They said they would reconsider the claim if the Idaho Kidney Institute provided information on why the test was necessary. I went to their office four times and called them multiple times over months. The insurance has received nothing, now I have to pay and expensive bill that I would not have had to pay if they had just followed the procedure of getting it preapproved. I will never go there again!
