Scummy Billing Department
Dr. Routh and his whole team took great care of me. I really wish that was the entire review. Unfortunately, the billing department without any notification decided to send my bill to collections. Won't be returning.

Unmasked. CPA
At this time their policy is everyone is to wear masks. Everyone coming in has their temperatures taken. Important for people with heart conditions to avoid infections. Go through all this for my visit and the CPA walks in to the exam room without a mask and remains unmasked. I was masked and felt out of place telling the CPA what to do. Very disappointed as this CPA has always been so professional.

I have been a patient for several years. Then, they couldn't find my information. Then they could but it was incomplete. Scared me because at one time in my life my records got mixed up with someone with the same name at another office and am worried same thing happened here. Also, they wouldn't give me prescription for my blood pressure for 6 weeks and finally had to go to another Dr. to get them. Sad, as my experience before that was great.
