The billing and insurance staff at this office is almost unbelievably incompetent. I called in January, asked if they took my insurance, they said yes, scheduled an appointment for March. I made my co-pay on that visit. I had two additional appointments where I also made my co-pay. After the third visit, I received a bill for $295 as they stated that my insurance does not cover mental health. It actually does. They said that they would investigate it, and told me this morning that they made an error, that my insurance still does not cover mental health, but they will reduce the amount due to $140. Then two hours ago they said they made another error and now the amount due is $300. Perhaps this clinic has some good providers, but the billing staff is so inept that I would strongly, strongly discourage anyone, especially if you HAVE insurance, from visiting this clinic.

Make sure to behave like a robot. This place makes it clear that you are NOT here for friendship. Don't you dare have a friendly conversation with the receptionist or your TMS technician! If you do then Karen (err Courtney) will give you a good condescending talking to.

I will admit that my relationship with this place began on rocky ground. They had a terrible scheduler who kept making appointments for me then canceling them and then rescheduling me someone different. They did this three times. I ended up speaking to the director and she rectified this pretty fast, Now I see Alesha Luckett for my psych meds and Kristy Harrison for therapy. Kristy has been helping me with a decades-old problem and helping me look at it differently. Both she and Alesha are taking very good care of me.
