Our provider dropped us from missing to many appointments. Our appointments were virtual and we have screenshots and logs showing that we joined each appointment. The provider however either did not join on time ten or more minutes late or not at all. This occurred at least four times over the last year. When I called in to explain, we were redirected to HR. The HR lady was very dismissive and told me that my screenshots and explanation were inaccurate and false, because their provider said so. I have evidence that proves my statements! These appointments are for my daughters ADHD meds, I have no reason to make things up. She offered a different provider, but stated we would have to pay for another 1 hour session and start all over. Naturally we would, that will cost us hundreds extra, so it makes sense. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Please save yourself from a similar experience. Read the reviews. I'm sure they have some good people, but just be wary.
