Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience lack of careing staff

Visit was rescheduled without notifying me. I travel from a different island the least they could have done is to provide a notice more than the day of the rescheduled appointment. Neither the office manager nor the medical director has bothered to return my messages for over six months. I will leave it up to you to decide if they actually care about their patients.
