Dr. Late
On my first appointment Dr. Cook took in another patient when I was scheduled to start. No explanation nor apology. After waiting over 30 min past the scheduled appointment Dr.. Cook was able to see me. My intial consultation lasted 20 minutes. In my second appointment I found myself again waiting well past my scheduled time. This time I got up and left. I called and emailed my complaint. There has been no response. This only goes to show that Beyond Mental Health is not concerned with the care of it's patients
