Terrible customer service. I've waited as long as 30 minutes & nobody picks up the phone. If they return a call, it takes them 2-3 days! I waited 2.5 months to get an appointment. Was a 6+month wait to see Dr. Wong. Dr. Simone is knowledgable, but lacking in bedside manner; she seemed rather abrupt and impatient with me. She ordered tests, I did take them, & called to make a follow-up appointment to get results & discuss what to do. I could not get through for days with Dr. Simone's medical assistant. When she did call, she mistakenly thought I needed to take one more test. After a trip to DLS, DLS told me they already ran the test. A waste of time due to the medical assistant's mistake. Dr. Simone's doctor's medical assistance & front staff rarely returns calls. When the clinic does call, I always seem to miss their call, & get a recording when I return their call. I have EPI but cannot get help from HI Gastro because can't get ahold of them. This clinic doesn't care about you. AVOID
