Urological Health Center

The doctor is actually fine, it's his front desk staff that I've got issue with. He has new staff. From the old staff, I know that they had an ancient computer filing system coded in the '90s- they would complain about it being rough. When they didn't get back to me after some imagining, I thought maybe it had glitched. We check in, they say they didn't get it. I end up in the hospital. My wife checks with the imaging center, they resend it, the doc's secretaries tell her they got it. I double check with the imaging center after recovery, they provide proof they sent the imaging the day it was taken. I go to check in with the urology office, trying to figure out the breakdown, and not only am I treated with no compassion, they tell me an entirely different tale than they gave my wife. I'm not the king of professionalism, but I'm sure you aren't supposed to lie to clients regarding health matters.
