Billing system is amateurish

Dr. Johnson is a great doc and this is no reflection on him. But I get letters, texts, and phone calls dunning me because I am late in paying bills I have never received. Has happened more than once. I pay every single bill on time, once I receive it, and I really don’t like being treated like a deadbeat. Nobody in Valdosta can help, billing is handled in Atlanta or somewhere. So I can’t recommend unless they get their billing system working professionally.
