Wasted time

My daughter and I were both scheduled for physicals to relocate from US. When scheduling our appointments, insurance information was given in advance. I arrive for the appointment, just to find out they do not accept my insurance. That’s information I should’ve known before I drove 40 minutes to the Suwanee location. A simple phone call would have sufficed. And the front desk’s response was rather nonchalant about their error.
