Dr. Bowen and Dr. Pham have been amazing care givers! The nurses as well. I'm giving two stars is because of the front office staff. They never answer the phone and they do not call back when you leave a message. But today really got under my skin. My appointment was at 9:45am today but I was late due to traffic. I arrived exactly at 10:07am. I was told they could not see me due to their 15 minute grace period. This was my first time hearing this and I've been a patient for 6 years. When I asked when this was instated, I got several eye rolls from the front desk staff. I have been late several times, but my appointment has always been honored. I also asked if there was a practice to call the patient at the end of the grace period to check on their wellbeing and let them know that their appointment would have to be canceled. I believe this practice would have saved me time and money. Gas is not cheap. I was met with another eye roll. I would suggest doing customer service training! Thx
