I must say the appointment went well and if it wasn’t for the billing department, I’d actually maintain my relationship with Dr. Reddy. The billing department has to be the most incompetent group of individuals I’ve engaged in quite some time. I paid for my appointment out of pocket as they made a comedy of errors in obtaining the pre-certification. Then Lori had the audacity to lie in effort to cover her mistakes. After speaking to a supervisor, I could see why the billing department had such challenges with their integrity. Needless to say, this issue occurred in early August and it’s still being rectified in October. My next step is to seek legal counsel, a patient cannot have a procedure without payment being rendered. You’d think they would have the same enthusiasm when it’s time for reimbursement. I would not recommend this practice to anyone until they learn to value patients time, effort and money.

This is the 2nd time my husband had a procedure scheduled and the office said he was not scheduled. In addition, you have to call over and over to get a person to answer the phone, you are on eternal hold. We love Dr. John Smith however, we are considering a change because of the office staff, contacting someone and mistakes in scheduling important tests. Also, through Covid the waiting has been packed. I was told new staff was overbooking. Unacceptable!
