Poor Customer Service
This review is based on my experience with the receptionist. I wasn't even able to see the doctor, so I can't rate this practice based on the level of care. I booked an appointment, and shortly after received a call from an extremely unpleasant receptionist. I didn't catch his name before ending the call. I worked as a receptionist in various industries, and this is not how you treat a potential customer or patient. It's not what you're saying, it's how you say it. Please retrain staff on etiquette!
