Terrible intake

After our long time PCP shut down, we have been searching for a new PCP. Waited 4 months to see Dr Bozik a St Joseph Candler Medical Group islands because our friends gave us a referral. It was a complete bust. Terrible reception and management. I showed up about 20 minutes early figuring I needed to complete intake papers. Well since I was not 30 mins early for my appointment, per their policy which I had no idea about, they refused to see me. I told them we had filled it out online before they appointment like they suggested. The manager said that was too long ago due to the wait time. Out of control. Manager was apathetic. I won't be returning. Any new PCP recommenddations welcome. What a mess.
