CenterWell Senior Primary Care

I haven't had my visit. I have been calling FOREVER without a callback. I was due for a standing appointment on the 20th of February, but the day came and went without any transportation call or callback. When calling, an assortment of people relays that folk are 'in training'. EVERYONE????This is ridiculous!!! One cannot leave messages that will be responded to; even when the call is 'elevated'. My neighbor is diabetic and needs her meds and bloodwork, yet the telephone operator can only relay that 'They are in training'. I have currently been on hold for 30 minutes. CenterWell is terrible . There seems to be no regard for patients who have been left with no contact with our doctors. CenterWell has taken our medical facility straight to h-e-double hockey-sticks. I also want to note that my response was flagged when I wrote out the entire word so it's obvious that though they aren't concerned with patient care, censorship rules!
