Ringgold Pediatric Clinic

I have taken my kids and now my grandkids to this practice for many years now and they are always friendly and helpful. I feel I get the time I need with each doctor without feeling rushed. I rarely do not receive a call back when I leave a message and if that happens I just call again, I realize they get slammed sometimes and may miss a message. All the PA'S are friendly, informative and take their time with you. At this point, I don't mind seeing any of them due to their friendly and caring dispositions. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a pediatric doctor.

I took my children to Ringgold Pediatric Clinic for a back to school physical with hearing and vision screening. We were in the room with Dr. Ho for less than 20 minutes for both children but I was charged for each child for a 15 minute obesity counsel as well as a BMI check at $25 each. This is on top of the $110 I was billed for each child for a 20-29 minute office appointment and the $150 I was billed for each child for a preventative visit. After receiving the bill, I called and left a message for the office manager who has never returned my call. Dr. Ho ordered blood work for my child. When I called to get a copy of the blood work, I was told it is a $1.00 a page, only. Do yourself a favor and find a different pediatric clinic. This clinic appears dishonest in their billing practices.
