In my opinion-a highly unethical practice.
They submitted a $1,528.76 invoice to a collection agency for a $72.56 bill I owed them that they never told me about. I have been calling them for 3-months to sort this out and talked to 4 different people who ALL said they made a mistake and would handle it. No one, not one single person, ever called me back. No one. I would stay well away from them as they seem fundamentally dishonest, and their business plan seems to me to be overcharging, submitting to a collection agency, and then never sorting out it. My credit is hit, and they do not care. Be forewarned. To me, they seem pathologically dishonest.
