When my wife went in for her periodontal cleaning appointment on 2/21/24, they demanded payment where no payment was due even after my Aetna insurance rep explained to them my coverage which is 100%. We ended up cancelling her appointment since they insisted. On 4/2/24 I went in for tooth extraction. They demanded payment of $130.75 on the spot. I reminded them that they will have to refund me the difference. It turned out that my share for that visit is only $59.75. More than a month after my insurance paid them, they have not refunded my money so I called them on 5/21/24. The person named Delia became rude when I asked for her name for my record. My insurance rep called them the next day and they asked her for a copy of my EOB for verification. They said that Ashley was supposed to call me for update. Nobody has called me, so yesterday my insurance rep called them and he was passed around and was hanged up on. Well Dentfirst, you owe me $71. Where's my refund???
