Great people, but self check in.... Why?
The visit definitely started off on a bad note. This clinic has self check-in, and receptionist refused to check me in herself. When I tried I made a mistake, which is why you shouldn't have self check-in. I am not a medical professional, I am not familiar with their systems, I am there for services. One of those services should be person to person check-in with a medical professional.As far as the actual care, it was great. The nurses and doctors were very nice and all seemed to know their job very well. I was treated with respect and friendliness. If it hadn't been for the self check-in issue I would have given them 5 stars.
