Held on to my information even after I wasn’t seen
I booked an appointment on an app, came in and was informed I wasn’t in the system. I was then advised to fill out information to be seen but when she got my insurance she told me I needed to call my primary care physician and get a confirmation number. I must have called the actual doctors office and I’m glad because I found out she was asking because she wouldn’t get paid to see me since I have a different doctor. So when I told her not to worry I’ll just find a doctor in that network that’s closer, she held on to my personal information stating she needed to keep it. I will be going further than this to report her because that is infringement
