Very impressed by the efforts that Dr Rafael and staff made to maintain a clean and healthy environment. I witnessed numerous times when the staff was cleaning and sanitizing the areas around the room.

Had the worst experience at this office today. I waited two months to have two fillings replaced due to lack of available appointments. I arrive at my appointment today only to be blindsided with more than $100 in charges not covered by insurance from my last visit. I was told these charges would have to be settled before I could be seen today. After more than 30 minutes it was determined that some of the charges were invalid. They then advised because it took so long to address the billing issues that I would now have to reschedule my appointment. As I’ve been in pain for months, I advised them this was acceptable and demanded to be seen. The dentist finally agrees treat me for the one tooth that is causing pain. They then take my blood pressure but determine it was too high to proceed today.
