Excellent service and great doctors
Was recommended to Dr. Boone for a second opinion from an eye glass retail center and drove to Macon (over 1 hour drive) to see him. I was impressed with his explanations and diagnosis, feedback regarding my condition. Year later had an eye emergency and was seen by Dr. Breene. He made sure my eye was healed. Later had another emergency and visited the new location in Warner Robins. Dr. Smith was excellent, and even suggested I might have another issue that caused my eye problem. She was right. For me, I have never had a bad visit at Vision Eye Group, Macon or Warner Robins. Most of all have received correct diagnosis and professional attention. I also love that my appointment times are respected and met which is important to me. I don't feel rushed but receive the attention I need for my issues. Staff is always professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Horrible - one of worst be experiences of my life
Doctor was fine. Downhill afterwards. Absolutely rudest staff ever in optical . No explanation of services or cost of glasses. Bill almost 700.00. When glasses came in, could not see out of glasses. Was called a liar by head OD, Joan (?). Was told 'this Doctor doesn't make mistakes'. Anyway, bottom line, glasses were wrong, whose fault, I'll never know. Got revision of glasses that still cannot see good thru. Then received another bill ???? Went to another eye care center and received another RX for glasses. This is short version of this experience! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will never return!!!.

++DO NOT GO HERE** I woke up during surgery on my right eye and the doctor (Hinson) nor the Anesthesiologist didn’t bother to give me more medication. I don’t know how long I went with feeling the needles and scraping on my eye ball but it felt like forever. I am a 52 year old female and had pretty good sight except some Cataracs on both eyes. Since I have astigmatism in both eyes, I was told I could purchase a $1500 lens for each eye and just need reading glasses and/or the &2500 lens for each eye and it would be 20/20 vision. Due to lack of funds, I went with the $3000 and now wished I would have ran in the other direction. It’s been 6 months now and my vision is much worse than it was to begin with. Please take my advise and find another place to go. It’s not worth your time, trouble and definitely not worth losing your eye sight to go to this place.
