The ENT Center of Central Georgia

Let me start by saying the ENT Center used to be a great place for medical care, but that has certainly changed. I became suspicious when I was signing in and noticed there were numerous people scheduled with the same Dr ( Dawson) around the same time as my son’s appt. I asked the receptionist about it, and she assured me we would be seen within a reasonable period of time. Two hours later, we saw the provider… I asked if they could check his blood pressure because of one of the medications he takes, they never did. Dr Dawson continually insisted my son get allergy testing before his next visit in4-6 weeks, but the next available testing date was 3 months out. My son was then prescribed a medication that the pharmacist said could not be taken with his currents meds ( nurse never asked what medications he was on)…. I called the office to get a replacement medication called in and left 2 messages: even though their message said all calls would be returned the same day, it was not.
