I had a 12:00 appointment. Arrived at 11:30 as requested. The Staff left for lunch at 12:00. At 12:30, I was informed I was 5th in line for the Doctor. For a 12:00 appointment, I should have arrived at 2:00/2:30 realistically. Plumbers are more truthful with their scheduling..."I'll be there between 2:00 and 4:00."
