Things that stand out to me, the incompetence of Dr. Woods and members of his staff. A patient should not have to ask multiple times for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy and then have to go to his office for them. Just to be told by Dr. Woods that he won't write your prescription but he will send you to one of his buddies who will. Dr. Woods is more interested in relieving you of your money than your problem.

Caring doctor
I’ve seen Dr. Woods for years now. He and his staff are kind, listen well, and provide good service. Do not confuse his quiet demeanor as uncaring; he is listening. He and his staff will work with you to get you in and cared for.
