Don’t have insurance so I called for a quote and to schedule my appointment. Came and to the appointment after paying what they told me I’d owe, then when it came time to doing what I told them I wanted done (iud removal) they said they couldn’t do it without 200 dollars more . So I the whole point of my visit did not happen, nobody seemed concerned that they had made a mistake . I’ve reached out and still have heard nothing . So I’ll have to pay another office visit fee and who knows I’ll probably have to pay for another ultra sound plus the 200 on top of that. They don’t care about anything other than money .

I went to Dr. Iyoyo for a well woman visit in August 2022. After leaving my visit, I received a call a from Dr. Iyoyo herself a couple of days later advising me that I had a communicable disease which I knew was impossible. I explained to her there was no way that was possible and asked her to revisit the results and she said half heartedly that they can run it again, but they are usually pretty accurate. In checking my online patient file in disbelief after speaking with Dr. Iyoyo, my file also reflected that I was 26 weeks pregnant! I am not, and have never been pregnant. I decided to go to an urgent care to have a test to dispute the communicable disease diagnosis, and of course, 2 days later, it reflected that I did not have the communicable disease. I made several requests to speak to Dr. Iyoyo directly, but she would never take my call. I was only allowed to speak to the office administrator. Dr Iyoyo should have been willing to speak with me after a huge mistake.
