Tried to get my medical records for 6 months from Laureate. Called 20+ times and office failed to provide records. I called after hours to speak to a doctor (someone other than office staff and to try something different). Dr. Hardon answered and said she couldn't help me. "There is nothing I can do". She was unwilling to talk to anyone in the office the next day. I literally don't know how to get my medical records from this dysfunctional practice. I would AVOID Laureate. The back office is awful, it takes 2 months to get an appointment, and they don't see sick patients in person.
