Great Doctor, Disappointing Practice Experience
1. No follow-up communication from office on plans of care covered at last office visit. Insurance staff called me repeatedly regarding precertification for a procedure that didn't require precert, and telling me that my insurance was inactive instead of calling my provider to confirm that it actually was. 3. Subjected to an office diagnostic procedure conducted by an obviously incompetent, unsupervised new student instead of a certified technician. I stopped the procedure and complained to the practice manager.
