My most recent experience with your practice was horrible. Your front desk staff is very rude, unfortunately, and put me on hold for long periods of time for no reason and put me on mute for 20 minutes . My documentation was not reviewed for a week and then I was finally told it could not be taken. Then you all lied in my doctors note. You all did not follow up call me for anything and was lied to when told by your front staff a note was made. You have doctors that’s can not explain a diagnosis properly and have said out loud they don’t know how to explain it. On top of all of this , this experience has added more stress to my life on top of losing my sister. I have always enjoyed here besides the last three weeks. I will be report the habits of this practices as far as I can. Also your staff lied about getting me a notice for returning back to work.
