Dental Care at Mullins Colony

I agree with the review below . Very rude office manager and front office staff!! Do not do to this dentist office waste of time.

The office manager is extremely rude. Apparently you HAVE to confirm an appointment via phone or text; however when you never receive the text (and show them that to which they say they don’t understand why) or they call someone else and not the patient and expect that person to confirm the appointment they just give your appointment away to someone else. They called my husband, who does not have access to cell service at work, and because he could not confirm the appointment since he could not answer, I took a day off of work and showed up to only be told their next available appointment is MARCH (it’s October) because I didn’t confirm mine due to errors from their system. After being extremely rude and zero empathy for their mistakes, the office manager ran off and hid in the back until I left. The only positive is the other lady working the front desk was willing to work with me to try to accommodate schedules.
