Awful
I was one of the first patients at this clinic (about 18-20 years ago I think?). It used to be good. I had an appointment yesterday. The nurse took me 10 minutes early (good) and then I sat in the examination room for 40 minutes alone. I finally had to leave to get back to work.The receptionist was rude, confused and confusing. She contradicted herself repeatedly, spoke unclearly, asked questions an then interrupted me repeatedly.

Misdiagnosis
My expensive lesson learned: you cannot trust the testing result and diagnosis which are repeatedly wrong causing serious misdiagnosis. I am healthy 35 male, with no illness history. I had my annual checkup on March 10th, first time done at Windermere Medical Group, with blood work done in their own facility. The bloodwork came back showing Potassium as high as 5.9. I went back to have blood work done again to verify the result on March 17th, got the result on March 20th showing the Potassium is even higher to 6.1. (The odd thing is both times my bloodwork was shipped to Birmingham AL for testing). In the afternoon, the doctor called me to go to emergency room immediately or “I may die from home”. It was the most emotionally stressed and devastated time I ever experienced. The devastated guy left family to the ER, feeling devastated emotionally after the doctor’s comments (my first baby was only 8 weeks old). I have seen Dr. Kothapally three times. She is always friendly, prompt, efficient, and through. She listens to me as I explain my concerns and takes into consideration my family history, age, fitness level, and wellbeing before outlining a plan of action for me to follow to obtain my ultimate goals for a healthy and happy tomorrow.

I called Saturday morning at. 9:30am on 8/14/21 to set up an appointment for a rapid Covid test. I was told that they could do the test that day and they sent me a link to fill out . I filled out the information and sent it back to them. I waited about 1 1/2 hours for them to call me with my appointment time. I ended up calling the office back. I ask if they received my information and she said yes and that they were busy . I ask again will I be able to be tested today and she assured me I would. The office closed at 4 pm . I never received a phone call from the office to tell me what time my appointment would be much less to tell me they would not be able to see me today. It’s obvious these doctors and this group do not know what professionalism is. With the concern of Covid having my elderly mother in the house it was important that I get tested. These people don’t care. I’m upset that they got my insurance card and a copy of my license for nothing. This medical Group gets an F.
