Didn't fix issue and fees for EVERYTHING
Dr. Joel Hoffman recommended my daughter have her tonsils and adenoids removed because she was having breathing issues through her nose. She had the surgery but it did not fix the issue. Now they are recommending a laser surgery to remove skin in her nose but says insurance does not pay for this and its $2000. Then they billed me $150 for the consultation appointment. I am having a new ENT look at her issue and now they are billing me a fee just to transfer her medical records!! OMG. Done and done!
