If you can get anyone here to actually schedule an appointment for you and then not call you numerous times with reasons that they will not honor the appointment, kudos. I was given different information each time I called, all of it contradictory to my original instructions. I did everything the office asked me to do, only to be met with this type of response: “even though you did as we’d asked and were approved, we won’t be accepting that approval.” After the last conversation, in which I had the audacity to question why none of the information I’d received from their office was consistent, Melanie indicated that I’d misrepresented medical information (*important side note*, I had not because that would benefit me in no way), I asked them to cancel my appointment. Front office staff are the rudest and most unprofessional doctors office I have ever dealt with. First time, thought maybe they were just having a bad day. But every time we call they are hateful and disrespectful.
