Dr. Chappuis did a fusion of L4-L5, L5-S1, as well as C3-C6 in 2009 and 2011 respectively. He also removed my hardware from low back after I fused. Can be done as opposed to doing back and neck surgery and is like percutaneous (through the skin) RFA, BUT lasts much longer and is drastically more effective than RFA! HE ALSO PUT A TOTALLY BOGUS 10K charge on my credit and I know I paid all I was supposed to! In addition, they kept renewing it on my credit, so it kept affecting my credit report years after it should’ve affected it based on info from the credit bureau. DON’T let him operate!
