First Choice Pediatrics

This practice has the worst communication method ever , not reachable by phone, I had to drive to the clinic two times during same week just to talk to someone. The app healow is nonsense , they don’t answer same day , my son was sick and I sent a question on app didn’t get any response. I needed a referral from the doctor , I sent a message asking for referral on Friday they didn’t answer back until Tuesday because the doctor wasn’t at the clinic Friday and Monday and no one responded meanwhile , that I had to go in person. Also their call center to get an appointment is very slow and bad , it took me more than 3 hours to get a representative to give me an appointment.This is not a pediatrics practice . When it comes to our babies and kids it is critical to find an immediate response from the doctor. I wanted to rate it zero.
