Went for my annual 11/2021 prior to my insurance expiring - my husband went and liked them so I thought I'd try. Did the exam and thought I would treat myself to new glasses - picked 2 pair in their on site area. I waited for weeks to hear from them and nothing. Finally called and had to leave VM - they called back and they were ready (coincidence?). I was unable to get there until Jan due to family ER's. I went to pick up and could not see out of either pair. They told me I would have to get used to them. I get migraines and I have never had to 'get used' to my glasses in my life. I told them I didn't want them. I understood I would have to pay for the lens - but expected a full refund on the expensive frames. After all, they took them right off their shelf. Nothing. I have no refunds and no follow up. They've had ALOT of money for a long time now and they do not care to attempt to follow up or make things right.
