Rodriguez and Sixto Medical Association

I recently visited Rodriguez and Sixto MD and had a truly disappointing experience, primarily due to the unprofessionalism of the office staff. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking care.The office manager was no better, exhibiting the same lack of courtesy and professionalism. It was clear that they were more focused on their own comfort than on helping patients. They seemed lazy and unwilling to assist with even the simplest requests, which only added to the overall frustration of my visit.It's disheartening to encounter such rudeness in a healthcare setting, where patients deserve to be treated with respect and kindness. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive experience.
