Office management: Defensive, irrespectful
My son's primary care physician is Dr. Mary Montsko, and she is an exceptional doctor. She takes great care of her patients and treats them with respect. However, I have noticed some issues with how the office handles specialty referrals. Specifically, the office manager, Ms. Olivia, appears to be defensive and aggressive with patients. She has even threatened to call 911 to have patients removed from the office. Unfortunately, she does not seem to listen to the patients and often raises her voice. I hope that her supervisor will read this comment and ask her to adjust her attitude towards handling customer inquiries, as it can be quite off-putting and unprofessional.
