Worse office ever. Great doctors but support staff is very incompetent and disrespectful when called out on their errors. We met our out of pocket with our insurance and I explained to the staff and office manager our bills would be cover at 100% but they insisted I make payment. I made payment, my insurance paid 100% so they had to refund me. On three subsequent visit I had to same problem. Twice the embarrassed my wife asking for copay even though I had previously explained everything will be covered at an 100%. The billing girl hung up the phone on me because I told them to simply do their job and contact the insurance company and they will explain we have no cost sharing or simply look at the previous claim history. I was told the doctor or office manager would call me but no surprise, no one did. I am finding another practice for my son. Worse experience ever
