Pain is not their priority
Avoid this practice if you want prompt treatment for your pain. I saw a practitioner there on May 6, had the MRI he ordered on May 10, and confirmed on the following Monday that the study was on his desk. I tried to schedule a kyphoplasty, but was told that he had not read the report. I tried again the next two days; same result. When I asked the practice manager for an explanation, she said that he was too busy seeing patients. When I suggested that a little overtime might be in order, she said that she couldn't ask him to do that. I gave up and went elsewhere, and a successful kypho was performed May 22. The day before - EIGHT DAYS after receiving my test results, the practice told me they were ready to schedule my treatment. If you need a provider who puts their patients first, keep looking.
