The only good thing about Ramos is the front desk receptionist. We tried calling to cancel an appointment for 3 days, with no return call. Then to be told they will charge you for today until he comes for the next visit. No!!! Not Happening!! Shame on you for running a business this way!! Oh and to boot it seems it's injection after injection, of course insurance pays a big amount and I feel as though it's all about the injections and that many in a short amount of time can't be good. He has already had 2 injections within 2 months. now they want to do another and if that doesn't work we will try another in 2 weeks Keep it coming until the insurance $$$ runs out pretty much. REALLY!!! BEWARE and do your research before please!!! The 1 star is for the lovely receptionist even though she deserves 5. Ramos deserves 0.

Pain Management
This is the most unorganized doctors office that I have ever been in. First I tried to give them my insurance card and the receptionist advised I would have to call the billing department and give them the information, I called and called and would only get a voicemail and they would not return my calls. Secondly, on my visit the PA said she would provide me with a prescription prior to the procedure. Pharmacy never received it so I went to the office. They said no problem they would put it in the IV at the time of the procedure. When I arrived for my procedure I was informed no IV would be given so no prescription administered. These people have no idea what they are doing so I left fearing if they can not get a prescription right and answer billing questions I was not going to trust them to administer injections into my spine.

Worst practice in Venice
They refuse to return calls. Sent me for an mri 3 months ago and ever since the imaging facility (Rave) and myself have called non stop because the ramos center won't correct a mistake they made that keeps my authorization from going thru. I can barley walk now and they still won't help. Remember they ordered this mri. Do not go here. Worst people around.
