I will no longer be requiring the services of your office as Dr Mercier can not meet my needs. Her MA has never been able to get my list of medications correct even when I give her the list to copy. Dr Mercier herself, can not get my scripts to the pharmacy in a timely manner, or at all, which is uncalled for. Dr Mercier or anyone in the office does not and will not return phone calls to me nor my pharmacy nor do you answer emails. You are poor example of a medical professional and obviously do not care about your patients well being.
