Prime Dentistry

I found both dentists competent but a bit aloof. The hygienist, Melissa, I found to be absolutely top-notch! But… one of the administrative staff, Crystal, I found to be shockingly rude, overbearing, disrespectful, and conveniently untruthful. Where the knowledge gap is wide between a provider and a patient, it is occasionally the case that the provider forgets that the patient is also a customer, deserving of reasonable courtesy. In truth, I have not encountered another person so eager to exploit this knowledge gap than Crystal. My opinion has it that her in-your-face customer interface conduct drives an otherwise 4-star dentistry to a shaky 1-star.
