Extremely long wait times. Rude and disrespectful staff. Office staff seem have to no knowledge of anything of going in the practice. Never really totally informed of what’s going on.

Dealing with cancer is very stressful and FCS only causes more stress. Never on time, understaffed, no empathy.

I had to wait over 2 weeks to have an initial appt. because they lost my paperwork AFTER their office left a message for me to call and schedule. I've been hung up on, spoken rudely to, ignored, and laughed at. They would make and move my appts. without telling me. I didn't tolerate treatment very well and one of the supervisory nurses loudly told another nurse that I was a baby and couldn't handle the IV. On two different visits, she did my IV and wouldn't speak a single word to me as she roughly shoved a needle into my vein. When I moved away, I had to call multiple times to get my records. First I was told I hadn't signed a consent (I did). Then I was told my records were already sent (they weren't). Then I was again told I needed to sign a consent. When I attempted to transfer to another FCS, it was a nightmare. My doctor at Brownwood called in the script for bloodwork without them checking an iron panel. That's the entire reason I was in treatment. The incompetence is staggering.
