I went to Lifetime Dental in Tavares Fl. on April 6, 2024, with a sore tooth issue. I was given an appointment to see dentist for April 26 3 weeks later, where she decided I needed to have 4 teeth removed and referred me to an oral surgeon. So, 3 weeks later I had the teeth removed. Now comes the problem, when i left the Lifetime Dental on April 6th, they gave me an appointment for October 10th for a exam, that's 6 months from the original exam date and it was just a exam. I needed to have work done to replace the removed teeth, but they didn't make any arrangements. However, they supplied me with a treatment plan to fill 2 cavities and install a partial for missing teeth, but no date or time frame for work. I contacted them on their web site twice about getting info to fix the problem and never got a reply. That was appx June 3rd and 10th. I went in today June 18,2024 and fired them due to inadequate patient care.
